1. Does the tracker display steps, calories, etc. on the watch without using the app?
Yes, it does.
2. It keeps coming up saying device not connected.
The tracker will disconnect from phone in the following cases:
1) Phone Bluetooth was off or exceed normal Bluetooth connection distance range (The normal Bluetooth connection distance is within 10 meters, it can easily be reduced by walls or furniture etc.).
2) The "VeryFitPro" app was ended in the background process of your phone.To reconnect the tracker to your phone, please kindly refer to the following tips:1) Go to the phone system settings, set Location/Phone etc. permissions on in app manager. Trust "VeryFitPro" app as a reliable app in your phone.
1) Go to phone system settings, set background process limit as standard limit or no limit. Make sure "VeryFitPro" app will not be ended even you open other processes.
2) Clear all running/background job in your phone. Open "VeryFitPro" app and swipe down the Mainpage, then the tracker will reconnect to your phone and refresh data.
You can also restart you phone and Bluetooth, then rebind the device with app.
3. The screen is so dim, I can't see it. Is there any way to brighten the screen display?
We are sorry that the display brightness could not be adjusted currently.
As the display is made of OLED material, it will be a little difficult to read under intense sunlight. So we advise you to shade the display from the sunlight by your hand when outside.
4. Is the clock displayed the same as it is in the picture? Horizontal or vertical?
You can set the mode (horizontal or vertical) it displays. (Steps: Go to the "VeryFitPro" app→"Device"→"More"→"Display Mode".)
5. When you flick your wrist, does it automatically turn on?
